Apartment situation

The Post office building is a building with a central location, near the Tourism Office, at only 100 meters from the ski installations’ departure and near restaurants and shops.

Post buses stop just in front of the Post building. During winter it’s possible to visit all the villages of Annniviers Valley with the Post buses and you don’t have to pay anything!

Parking is very near and it’s also possible to rent a parking place in the Immeuble Forum,
150 meters away from the holiday apartment.(just ask us if you want to rent this place).

Accomodation features

The Post office building was built in the eighties.

Our holiday apartment was renovated in 2003 and is very cosy with a night part (2 bedrooms) and a day part (living-room, kitchen, wc / bathroom and balcony).

You’ll find a cellar where you can put your skis and skiboots. You also find a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.

The holiday apartment is located on a peaceful place in Zinal..

Rental conditions

Winter (without cleaning and bedding)
High season (Christmas, New Year, school holidays mid-February –beginning of March) =
per week CHF 1000.- / Eur 600.-  (Eur = CHF 1. 67)
Mid season (February March, April, except school holidays from mid-February to beginning of March) = per week CHF 850.- / Eur 510.-
Low season (January, after Christmas and New Year) per week CHF 650.- / Eur 390.-

  1. Per 2 weeks or more, discount
  2. Per 1 week-end or other arrangement : price according to season and duration.

SUMMER and other seasons

Mid-July to mid-August = per week CHF 600.- / Eur 370.-
First half of July ena 2nd half of August = per week CHF 500.- / Eur 315.-
June and September = per week CHF 400.- / Eur 250.-
Other months low season = per week CHF 300.- / Eur 190.-

  1. Per 1 week-end or other arrangement = price accordind to season and duration.

Timetable

  1. The holiday apartment is available from Saturday at 4 p.m. until to Saturday end of renting at 10 p.m.
  2. Or other days of the week according to contract.
  3. Keys : handing over of the keys after consultation with the owners.

Other services

  1. Cleaning obligatory during winter = CHF 50.- / Eur 32.-.
  2. Bedding CHF 20.- / Eur 13.- per person and per use (cleaning included).
  3. Payment 50% at the signature of the contract and 50% 30 days before the stay.
  4. Dogs accepted with authorization of the owners.
  5. Smokers accepted (smoking on the balcony).
  6. Zinal offers cabled TV, also more than 40 TV programmes.

Covered parking place

Possible of having a place in the covered parking of Forum for CHF 50.- / Eur 32.- per weeks in teh winter and CHF 20.- / Eur 12.- per week in summer. An access map is available in the duplex.

Local taxes : to be paid at the Tourism office.
